Hunkemöller's searching for a passionate and hands-on Interim HR Advisor to join our Scandinavian HR team on a maternity cover (12 months with possibility for extension).

You will get the opportunity to work both operational and strategic and drive the HR agenda for Sweden with currently 30 stores. Therefore it is an advantage if you are a native-level Swedish speaker and have experience with Swedish labour law.

As interim HR Advisor you will be part of a passionate team. You'll be driven to continuously grow the capability and HR knowledge of our employees (Sales Managers and Store Employees) as well as working on initiatives to create a great place to work. The role requires a results driven individual with a senior HR attitude, in order to improve ways of working and actual results.
