Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Controls (RAC) is looking for a forward-thinking Lead Reliability Engineer to join our world-class Design Quality team as we develop new ways of working for our new products. You will work from one of our sites in Nordborg or Kolding, Denmark; you can expect to travel up to 20% of your time.

In this role, you will drive proactive ways of working, using analytical tools, to secure product quality and reliability across the entire product life cycle. You will support, coach and train product development engineers in the use of reliability engineering and robust design methods.
