Do you want to drive improvement initiatives and lead the improvement culture? Are you data-driven and have an excellent process understanding? Then you might be our new Quality Improvement Engineer.

As our new Quality Improvement Engineer you will identify different types of material waste as well as other waste in our productions based on facts and data. You will form the solution and ensure that we achieve the goal of the project by manage it in at structured way using well-known lean tools and methodologies.

Among many various tasks, your key responsibilities are:

Finding data and facts to support improvement initiatives both in regard to material and other waste
Using problem solving tools and structured methodologies for identifying root causes and continuous improvement areas
Participate and lead value stream mapping, mass balance and other Lean activities
