Global P&O Project Manager, Lyngby

Do you want to rethink your impact, and are you passionate about project management, process optimization and digitalization? Then you might be our new Global Project Manager in People & Organization.

We’re looking for a P&O colleague who’s passionate about processes and digitalization to join our Project Management Office. You will have primary focus on optimization and simplification of our P&O services from smaller quick fixes, over medium-sized automations to larger digital solutions to ensure efficiency and user friendliness. Together with process owners and -users you will identify processes to be optimized and design the futureproof solutions. You might also participate in developing the technical and digital solutions or manage others to take on this part; it could be colleagues from our Digital Transformation unit or external competencies.
