TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Are you passionate about delivering excellent second-line customer support? Do you want to use your hands-on experience and technical insights in our fast-growing company? Then this could be the right next step for you.
You will be an important contributor to our team by supporting and advising customers engineers and trouble-shooting their technical issues.
Not all days will be the same, and as you gain expertise and a broader knowledge of things, your tasks will expand. But from the start, you will be expected to carry out the following:
- Responsible for second-line support for resolving customer problems.
- Liaise with Production and R&D on repair, root cause analysis and close out of the issue with the customer.
- Participate in the creation of company-wide technical support as a functional activity.
