The Carlsberg Graduate Programmes are all 2-year programmes with a steep learning curve and lots of exciting projects and tasks. As graduate you will spend a year in the area of marketing and/or Customer development. To ensure full value chain focus, you will also have a 6-month rotation in Supply Chain in Fredericia, as well as a 6-month rotation in our sales department.
