As our new production manager your key responsibility is to ensure a safe and motivating work environment, delivering the needed results within quality, lead time and cost targets. Your major contribution to the overall HPP success is the pro-active performance management of 20-40 experienced blue collar colleagues, including indirect subfunctions. Line and resource balancing are a fundamental part of your daily tasks.

Beside your day to day responsibility, you are constantly challenging status to quo to develop the production organization to a higher level. In your role as production manager, you are a member of the supply chain management team, directly reporting to our Head of Supply Chain.
