Do you have the right mix of skills that could make you our new colleague in the TechComm team?

You will enter a new exciting position in our Technical Communication team that today consists of 5 skilled employees. In the role of Instructional designer, you will have the opportunity to help our extended enterprise learn more about MiR’s products by designing engaging, interactive digital courses for our online learning platform, MiR Academy.

In this job you will:

Take the results of our training gap analyses and plan pedagogically grounded course content.
Set specific learning outcomes for a course and plan content, including activities, knowledge checks, and test questions.
Review finished courses to ensure that the learning outcomes have been met.
