Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with the skillset to support the strategy at NAME IT, when it comes to organisational development, HR processes, employee-related challenges and much more?

As Senior HR Business Partner, you take responsibility for developing HR in NAME IT, ensuring that the HR function supports the strategy and that tasks are solved in the best way possible. Based on your solid experience with HR’s core disciplines – such as HR development, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment and employment law - you challenge, support and develop the business in developing strong teams, skilled leaders and a high-performance culture.

In addition to you, the HR team at NAME IT consists of two dedicated specialist within payroll and recruitment respectively. You ensure a close collaboration in the team and go to HR for sparring and support as needed.
