As a manager, you are primarily responsible for ensuring a Center of Excellence within Electronics and Software testing from a system perspective. You secure our deliveries for development and product maintenance projects regarding tests, verification and prototypes by constantly developing and motivating your employees to ensure performance.

At the same time, you ensure that deliveries take place within the agreed time, economy and quality. An important part of your job is to optimize our existing processes and methods and develop new ways of performing testing and verification of our products.
