As a Documentation Team Lead you will manage a team of 17 document specialist distributed in different countries focused on creating and maintaining maintenance documentation in collaboration with other engineering functions.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure together with your team that the maintenance documents related to the legacy wind turbines are elaborated according to the service technicians needs. Legacy wind turbines are those types where the maintenance documents which need to be created are more related to failures or problems detected in the installed fleet than defined in the product design process.

You will work closely with other Team Leads within Service Technology to meet the objectives. You will be actively engaged to improve the process and participate in the digital transformation of the maintenance documentation.
