We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated molecular biologist, biochemist or equivalent to join us in a project funded by the EU Horizon 2020 research and innovation program.

The successful candidate will work with a cross-disciplinary team of scientists and engineers and in close collaboration with national and international collaborators to establish a platform that will allow extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) to be used as a tool for early diagnosis, sensitive monitoring and ultimately cure diseases related to eccDNA.

You will join our R&D department to conceive, develop and test new technologies for quantification of nucleic acids in cells and liquids including the:

  • Development of methods for amplification and detection of fluorescently labeled nucleic acids
  • Development of technologies for enrichment and immobilization of nucleic acids
  • Facilitation of external collaboration with universities and industry
