As Marketing Director Denmark/Nordics at BMI Group you will be directly accountable for a team in Denmark of 4 marketing employees and in the Nordic role with dotted line reporting from 3 teams of a total of 20 employees.

With direct report to the Head of Nordic Region, and with a functional reporting line to the Chief Marketing Officer in London, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategies for Denmark and the Nordics in alignment with strategies from the BMI Group, and to enable demand creation across the country/region that drives sustainable, profitable growth and market share gains and amplifies brand health.
