The HR Director is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain VP covering Central Europe. Majority of the sites and terminals are based out of Germany. The German Arla organisation has its local head office in Düsseldorf where colleagues work together to sell Arla dairy products – such as Buko and Kærgaarden – across the German market.

There are two German production sites, one in Pronsfeld – which is the largest of Arla’s 60 dairy sites, and one in Upahl. All sites result from mergers with Hansa-Milch and Milchunion Hocheifel MUH.
