SameSystem is a comprehensive Workforce Management solution that enables our customers across Europe to achieve better sales and higher productivity in their stores, while at all time staying fully compliant with the labour laws in the given country – and in order to deliver on that promise, we need to have our own Labour Law Specialist that will work closely with the Product Team.

Your role will be to seek out knowledge on laws, regulations and union agreements; interpret this and transform it into tangible solutions in our product. You’ll have a significant role in the Product Team, and you will initiate and drive your own projects, while also assisting with projects owned by other Product Managers.
