Microsoft ERP Analyst (m/w/d)

Austria or Germany

As MS Dynamics ERP Analyst, you are responsible support and maintenance for Dynamics ERP systems across Europe. This includes primary support and interface to the solution providers as well as managing all changes and enhancements to our ERP and the eco-system of supporting applications. In this position you will work with around 750 ERP users in the region and perform the 1st and 2nd level support.

Your priorities will include managing the day to day support for the ERP users across primary manufacturing locations in Austria and Germany but also in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe (mainly Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Estonia).

The role reports to the Microsoft ERP Team Manager and can be located at any JELD-WEN site in Austria and Germany.
