We are now on the lookout for an experienced Paid Social Executive to join our growing E-commerce team. You will play a pivotal role in the success of our global business, in reaching the global commercial targets and meeting the expectations of our D2C sales channel.

As our Paid Social Executive, your primary goal is to constantly acquire paid social traffic that converts, continuously optimize campaigns & CPA and secure a high ROI on all marketing investments. The role is global with the responsibility of executing our paid social across 4 continents from the start - creating campaigns, continuously optimizing and running A/B tests.

As a Paid Social Executive for MATE your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop, manage and optimize paid social channels
• Optimize campaign bids, budgets, and ongoing tests to ensure KPIs are met
• Troubleshoot performance discrepancies
