Customer Service and Aftermarket Manager
Do you thrive in a small company with high ambitions and a dynamic environment? Garia is looking to increase the brainpower in our global support team with a Customer Service and aftermarket Manager.
You will be a part of our global support team and stationed at our office in Greve, Denmark and you will be referring to the CEO. In addition, you are ultimately responsible to increase our service and parts revenue. You will play a key role in achieving service excellence, improving dealer technical knowhow and reducing warranty and quality related cases by being in direct contact with our end users, dealers, purchasing and production department.
Your tasks will include:
- Daily operation in the technical service department. Including handling of customer requests, complaints and management of the department.
- Develop and implement appropriate follow up and tracking systems as well as KPI’s.
