The position is full time and we are looking for a candidate which can start as soon as possible. Location of employment: Greve, Denmark.

As a Customer Service and Aftermarket Manager you will be given responsibility for the full aftermarket, the technical service and spare part department, with a team of 15 skilled people located in Copenhagen, Viborg and Houston. In addition to your hands-on daily running of the department you will be responsible for develop and executive our global technical service processes and strategy.

You will be a part of our global support team and stationed at our office in Greve, Denmark and you will be referring to the CEO. In addition, you are ultimately responsible to increase our service and parts revenue. You will play a key role in achieving service excellence, improving dealer technical knowhow and reducing warranty and quality related cases by being in direct contact with our end users, dealers, purchasing and production department.

Your tasks will include:

  • Daily operation in the technical service department. Including handling of customer requests, complaints and management of the department.
  • Develop and implement appropriate follow up and tracking systems as well as KPI’s.
  • Daily collaboration with purchasing department & engineering in connection with handling complaints.
  • Developing technical training resources for our global dealer base
  • Optimizing our online parts locator and shop
  • Execute and implement service bulletins, policies and recalls on a global level

Expected yearly travel: 80-120 days, mainly within Denmark and USA. Travel to China and Eastern Europe can occur.

Your profile

You are a team player with a positive attitude, which spreads to the people you associate with both internally and externally. Furthermore, you think in systems and have a keen eye on optimizing our service and quality.

The successful candidate must be detail oriented and have a structured approach to structures and processes.

In this position the candidate will have an opportunity to take on a large number of tasks where Garia is looking to strengthen its capabilities. The successful candidate must have experience in technical service management and part sales. In addition, we value that you are solution oriented with a holistic mindset.

We emphasize you have a commercial attitude, service-minded and are conscientious. Furthermore, we value that you are self-drive and responsible.

You must excellent in English and Danish. Both written and oral. Languages like Arabic and Spanish would be an advantage. The candidate must hold a passport which allows easy travel within Schengen (EU), USA and China.

You must hold at least a “B” driver license to allow for test-driving of vehicles in traffic.
