Would you like to make your vast experience count in the collaboration with top management across the Arla Group? And are you ready to set the direction for a team of highly professional and very experienced M&A managers?

Drawing on your extensive experience you lead your team in their close collaboration with the Arla business and top management. Doing so, you will work on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, strategic partnerships as well as real estate purchase and sale. Taking part in all aspects of the process, you will:

Lead your team and back them in their work, discussing project handling and solutions
Evaluate the attractiveness and viability of M&A and real estate opportunities
Manage internal stakeholders across business groups and functions ensuring alignment as you explain processes and create buy-in
