Senior Department Manager, EMA Operations, Fuglebakken

We are looking for a new department manager to head up our Recovery and Spray operations at site Fuglebakken. Your primary task will be to set the direction for the department and enable motivated and competent employees to reach the department goals in line with the overarching strategy.

You will work dedicated with each of these themes to ensure that we continuously improve. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders across Novozymes from Process and Product Development to Supply Chain Operations. In collaboration with the site director, you will also be responsible for ensuring the right investments in processing equipment and/or building upgrades to meet future demands.
