Transformation Expert - Indirect Cost (ID: 13798)

Danfoss Business System (DBS) is looking for Transformation Experts to manage regional and global projects and drive change management initiatives across various Danfoss factories within Indirect Cost. As Transformation Expert, you will be assigned to specific projects in our factories for up to 6 months, sometimes leading more than one project at a time.
You will be leading the projects to achieve strong contribution margin improvements by optimizing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) within Indirect Cost impacting the Factory Performance. You will provide support and coaching for leaders and systematically share best practice using various improvement tools.
You will be working in a truly multicultural environment with highly qualified colleagues from all over the world.
