Join us to take a high performing electrical engineering team to the next level and make your technical mark on our iconic Bang & Olufsen hardware architecture and design.

As our new hardware manager, you will join the Electrical Engineering team in Lyngby or Struer. Your new team is responsible for the development and testing of the hardware architecture across all Bang & Olufsen products in collaboration with our development and manufacturing partners. It will be your responsibility to grow your team and lead the next generation of hardware architecture.

Doing so, you will:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of product prototype builds in cooperation with our development partners
• Manage your team with a focus on further developing our technical skills and hire more talent over time
• Identify key technical risk areas and develop actionable mitigation strategies
