Senior C# .NET Core Developer to lead a Backend team

60-80 pct. of your time will be dedicated to backend development. As a developer, you will be part of a cross-functional squad which includes all required crafts for taking full ownership of the product that you develop.

20-40 pct. of your time will be dedicated to your chapter (team) lead responsibilities. You will lead and coach 7-10 backend developers from different tech stacks. You will recruit new developers and focus on retaining talents, including supporting Tribe Leads and Product Owners in creating effective teams.
