Technological Institute strengthened its image
Technological Institute wanted to break away from a “traditional” image and instead showcase their true identity as a pioneering frontrunner in research and technology. A video was therefore an ideal way to bring more colour and energy into their brand.
The Challenge
Technological Institute wished to work on their image. It was important for them to show, that they work with the newest technologies and assist major, Danish companies with advancing their development through tests and research.
“We’ve been able to use the videos across platforms and social media, where they have performed really well. Several of our departments have now asked if they can have a video produced for them specifically.“
The Solution
We developed a career site and 2 employer branding videos, that not only show Technological Institute as a company but as a workplace, where work, passion and personal life can come together in a meaningful way. Through our content, we showcased the everyday work of a range of very different employer ambassadors, highlighting both their strengths and the genuine joy they find in their work.
The content makes it clear to candidates how they can contribute to developing new solutions together with companies — and see their work make a real difference.
One of the videos follows Katja through moments of both work and free time to show how the balance between the two creates the foundation for a meaningful job. The other video portrays an entire team in different situations and shows how their diverse personalities complement one another — to the benefit of both employees and customers at Technological Institute.
On the career site, we created three subpages: a welcome page, a page about development and professional expression, and a page about trust and collaboration. These pages present the overall picture of Technological Institute as a workplace, as well as the professional and human aspects of the environment and culture.
