Gran Recovery and Health (GRH) struggled to find the right employees. To address this, we created an entire career universe that not only strengthened their employer brand, but also became an important tool for recruiting new employees.

The Challenge

In a market with fierce competition for healthcare staff and education professionals, GRH struggled to find qualified personnel for their residential and treatment facilities for people with mental health disorders.

That fact that their workplaces were located in the more remote parts of Zealand, far from the major cities, did not make things any easier.

The Solution

In close cooperation with GRH, we developed a targeted employer branding strategy to highlight their strengths and unique selling points (USPs). More specifically, the plan included a tailored career site, 6 videos, 6 graphics for job ads, photography, copywriting, job ad layouts and a job ad writing course. Everything aligned with GRH’s own website design and maintained a consistent look and feel across all subpages.

This way we ensured a cohesive candidate journey. No matter if the candidates entered through a job ad, the career site, or social media videos, they were met with engaging and authentic content — content that clearly communicated the story of GRH as a meaningful workplace with strong development possibilities.
