CRH Concrete – an employer branding video increased awareness
CRH found that far too few people knew about their attractive workplace. With a well-produced employer branding video, CRH increased awareness of their company – and created a good impression among the candidates.
The Challenge
Although CRH is Denmark’s leading supplier of concrete structural shells, they are still competing with the major players in the construction industry. And based in places such as Brørup in Jutland, they faced challenges with recruiting especially younger engineers and architects, who were often picked up by their competitors, who were both more well-known and located in the larger cities.

The Solution
CRH reached out to us to initiate a video production, with us handling concept development. Together we decided to create a “day-in-the-life” video, tailored to their target group. The video followed a project technician and showed his daily work at CRH – while also highlighting the advantages of working in a smaller company like CRH: room for immersion and the possibility to take on a variety of tasks. Something that can be harder to achieve in a larger organization.
The employer branding video helped boost awareness of CRH — it became hugely popular.
