We started our SAFe journey last year following the implementation roadmap. We currently have four agile release trains (ARTs). We plan to expand SAFe into more areas once we have lean portfolio management up and running and will continue with SAFe in the years to come. As a member of our SAFe Program Consultant team, you will play a key role in continuously improving our setup across ARTs and agile teams.

As Test Manager, you are planning and managing the test and verification activities in our product projects in R&D. You will have strong ties to the platform delivery organization and report to the project leader in the Project Organization.

- The test strategy, test plan, and updates as a project evolves

As our new Product Reliability Engineer, you will be working closely together with Product Quality Managers to support R&D projects by reviewing designs, making test plans, and testing specific constructions.
In addition to this, you will take part in the development of our test, documentation and work methods also ensuring that all testing is validated and in compliance with FDA and medical device regulations.

Our team is responsible for design and verification of the electroacoustic concepts we use in our products. We focus on delivering solutions that help us deliver world-class hearing aid solutions, including method development of EA measurement capability, in-depth transducer knowledge and development of new acoustic concepts for future products. Another part of our deliveries is to generate and document in-depth knowledge about the vibroacoustic behavior of subsystems and complete hearing aid solutions.
Most of your time will be spent participating in product development as well as maturation of concepts before they are used in product development. Communication of results, whether in projects, in concept development or in documented knowledge is key to our success, as is cross functional cooperation with mechanical and electronics developers in our team.
We are looking for a Software Developer/DevOps Engineer. In SET and our group (Req & Test), we are dedicated to supporting the R&D department by developing new and efficient solutions within Systems engineering and this is our main mission.
We are responsible for the framework used for Requirements, Verification and Defect management across R&D and this is an ever growing area that calls for automation and new solutions integrating with other solutions within and outside R&D.
Your tasks will include:
- Developing and maintaining web applications that support our core tools (IBM DOORS and IBM RQM/ELM)
- Server management
- Tools maintenance and automation
- User support
