OUR COMPANY

Dynaudio is one of the world's largest speaker manufacturers.

Founded in 1977 in Skanderborg, Denmark, we have nearly 50 years of experience in producing high-end speakers, and we’re an organisation of 200 colleagues worldwide.

We pride ourselves on being audiophiles, innovators, and businesspeople; nerdy specialists, generalists, and everyone in between. All bound together by a common mission of creating the truest speaker sound possible.

In our organisation, we have arguably the brightest minds of high-end-speaker development and the nicest colleagues from all over the world. We have offices in Denmark (HQ in Skanderborg and an office in the centre of Copenhagen), an office in Germany (Hamburg), several satellite offices in the UK, a regional office in the US (Chicago) and a regional office in China (Shanghai).

We export Dynaudio products to 80 countries.

Since 2014, we’ve been part of the Chinese multibillion dollar technology company, Goertek, who’s a world-class supplier of component parts and digital-era hardware.

At Dynaudio, two key principles define our workplace culture: We actively nurture both the technical and social contributions of our colleagues across diverse cultures, and we set ambitious goals for a company we believe in.

Our offices in Skanderborg and Copenhagen are more than just workspaces — they’re hubs of shared ideas, whether over lunch, by the coffee machine, or in the cozy, speaker-equipped lobby of our headquarters.

Conversations flow freely, touching on everything from football scores and cake recipes to local music events and the delicate balance of work-life and private life. And, of course, we discuss the loudspeakers, pro monitors, and car sound systems we create together.

We proudly embrace our Danish roots, Chinese ownership, and a global perspective. Our team in Denmark alone is a tapestry of diverse languages and cultures, with colleagues whose mother tongues include Arabic, BCMS, Bulgarian, Danish, English, French, German, Latvian, Mandarin, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, Swedish, and Vietnamese. In short, we’re an international organisation.

This blend of cultural backgrounds brings an exciting mix of perspectives, which we actively leverage to enhance both our happiness and productivity at Dynaudio.

English is our official company language, but in informal settings, we often switch to Danish with colleagues who’re learning, supporting their efforts to embrace the local language.

WE OFFER

At Dynaudio you’ll work closely with skilled colleagues from all over the world representing craftmanship and expertise in a variety of different fields related to making speakers and running a business.

You’ll also get to listen to the music you love on some truly amazing speakers (including getting the opportunity to buy them at a pleasing discount), and even get to see behind the scenes on how they’re made, tested and designed in-house at our production sites.

In our canteen we serve excellent and nutritious meals, and we sometimes find it fun to have theme days aimed to celebrate specific mouth-watering, culinary traditions from around the world.
