Together with our dedicated Marchal team, you will be responsible for the creative preparation of our à la carte menu at our Michelin Star restaurant. Marchal offers a classic French twist to a revolutionary Nordic cuisine and our kitchen is run by one of Denmark's greatest masters of French cuisine, our Executive Chef Jakob de Neergaard.
It is a great opportunity to learn from the best as well as to bring your sense for perfection in every dish you will execute. You will work closely with the Waiters team in order to ensure a smooth service that elevates our guests.
