People are passionate about their work and the company - you feel it! They are young at heart, and there is a strong entrepreneurial culture (even though it's a big company).

It's an extreme time of change. In my tenure, sales have gone from red to black, but that's come with a lot of late nights and hard work. There has been a lot of priorities, but leadership is trying to fix that so people can focus on getting the right things done right (as opposed to doing everything, but only ok).

Fairly high pay and lucrative bonus programme available. Good colleages and talent from all over the world. Great at delivering results to the market. Flexible WFH approach.

Company leadership (CEO to VP) is not interested in "craftsmanship" that goes beyond of the long list of projects/initiatives that are to be delivered any given quarter. Employee and consultant churn is very high and there is seldom a moment of balance between people and work. VPs are often battling each other to deliver "their list" of stuff, leading to poor collaboration and misalignment between the people that just want to get it done.

Great offices, large community.

The company is crumbling. Management is completely oblivious to how the business is run, and internal budgets are primarily focused on new crazy ideas rather than keeping the existing systems running. theres no employee development, no promotions, no salary negotiation. no freedom to suggest your ideas. And if you create too much trouble pointing out flaws, you get told you get replaced by a cheaper resource from India. the company culture is collapsing, with everyone in the company only been working there a few months, and the employee retention is falling fast.

Masser af spændende opgaver og en virksomhed i konstant udvikling. Det er nemt at opnå ansvar og få lov til at sætte ens eget præg på tingene.

Der er for mange opgaver til for få mennesker. Der er en dårlig møde kultur, hvor der holdes alt for mange møder i alt for store grupper, hvor kun en brøkdel er relevant for én.

If you are young, and willing to work your ass off, with virtually no work life balance, then this is the place for you. Also, if you value micro management and managers instead of leaders, then you will fit right in. Some colleagues are amazing and that made it worth my time there.

Top down control, very little human approach in spite of the fancy words. It is very clear to see a preference in who gets appointed/hired.

When working at PANDORA it was my colleagues that made it a great place to work. The "can do attitude" people brought to the job made every day enjoyable. It was easy to build great professional relationships as well as friendships that have lasted long after leaving the company.

Upper management is a boys club, with all the negative impacts that brings. During my time in the company upper management always said they hired based on merit, yet every time a new senior manager was hired they were men. Advancement in the company is only for a select few, who rise through the ranks almost monthly. The majority of staff get stuck in their position, despite overperforming and bringing great results for the company. Salaries are much lower than could be found at other companies, despite the financial success of the company. Profits are only for management and shareholders to enjoy.

There are bad managers in all companies, however Pandora hires and appoints new leaders in a way that makes the problem with bad middle management extra problematic. Unfortunately Pandora has a very high staff turnover in some divisions/areas in HQ, so you may spend a lot of time getting to know your colleagues and then they leave. Career options depend on where in the organisation you work.

Work hours are between 12-16 hours every day! Changes can be wonderful, but changes after changes after changes are draining. Managers don’t care if “you break”, there is always someone else willing to take the job. People and ideas work in all directions. 5 people down with stress in my department within the last 2 month. No carrier planning or internal recruiting. I’m glad I moved on.

Payment and reward package as a whole is a joke Management treating employees arrogantly and disrespectful, your opinion doesn't matter if you are a level down. Working environment is stressful with teams being understaffed and workload increased. Zero support during working from home in COVID times Poor career opportunities despite all the glamorous promises. Almost no additional training and no investment in employees' development.

A lot of passionate people working there. Transformation journey in the recent years was interesting to observe.

Working at the HQ: very large open space offices and noisy atmosphere. Since employees are constantly changing (look for their turnover rate), everything felt quite anonymous. Massive amount reorganizations with people letting go took place, where it was not clear why people had to go but similar profiles started just shortly afterwards. Very poor communication. With more and more British managers coming in, the working culture is also becoming rather British.

Der er meget få tilbud i forhold til personlig / faglig udvikling, med mindre du er leder. Pandora erstatter hellere deres ansatte fremfor at udvikle på dem.

Pandora used to be a fantastic place to work staying true its values of pride, passion and performance. A lot of good people with their heart and mind in the right place.

After the 2020 transformation journey Pandora has unfortunately changed a lot. People are ressources and not human beings in the eyes of the new leadership. I no longer recognize the company and the way they treat their employees is horrible. The amount of people who left the company in 2020 speaks for itself. HR in particular has become probably the worst division in all of Pandora.

Lack of career opportunities, no staff training. Leaders are generally negligent And don’t care about the employees. Many employees lack competence and are downright superficial. Salary is much lower than other companies. Benefits package is limited

Ledelsen er sløj, folk bliver ansat ud fra personlige bekendtskaber og ikke kompetencer - af den grund bliver inkompetente medarbejdere ikke fyret. Der bliver fra hovedetkontorets side set ned på de butiksansatte, lovede personale goder ydes ikke, uattraktiv løn, oplæring er absolut minimal og består af online kurser i fritiden. Regionale chefer behandler ansatte skidt, til det nærmest er mobning. Alt i alt bør man være opmærksom på, at Pandora kører uden overenskomst, og at dette mærkes (og det kan ikke understreges nok). Hverken det fysiske eller psykiske miljø er på nogen måde acceptabelt.

Great compensation packages - at least in my department. Large budget for training and education. Not many budget constraints

Pandora is like a super football team with the best payers available - but all meg in yesterday and even though the individuals are good, they haven't practiced playing together Lack of governance in all staff functions like HR. No business support far HR to managers etc.

Højt til loftet og mulighed for at arbejde med store projekter. Gode personalefester, hvor kun det bedste er godt nok. Gode muligheder for at arbejde internationalt.

Ingen respekt for work/life balance. Meget hård performancekultur. Tiltrækker mange typer, der er der kort for at få det på deres CV. Ikke et sted, man kan holde til at være i ret mange år.
