Are you devoted to developing sales in an international market? Would you like to play a key role in its future growth? Then you may be the new International Sales Manager for Vikan, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of hygienic and efficient cleaning solutions.
As Vikan’s new International Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing growth markets; Japan and Russia in particular, along with a number of future growth markets, building strong relations with key distributors as well as identifying and developing new accounts.
You will travel around 60-80 days per year, and you will act as the key interface between the customer and all business functions such as Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development and Supply Chain.

Your main tasks will be to assist in drafting and negotiating various types of loan, derivatives and financing agreements in relation to Nordea’s business with large corporate customers and within the Capital Markets area. You will act as an in-house counsel within the business areas Corporate & Institutional Banking and Capital Markets.
Furthermore you will deal with certain general matters of law, and in particular, banking and company law, assisting the relevant business areas in their various business activities including cash management services, derivatives and trade finance. Your tasks will also include close cooperation with the bank’s external legal counsels, consulting internal units and clients on product specific issues within the business areas and in relation to drafting and negotiating agreements.

Your main tasks will be to give legal advice relating to financial regulations such as MiFID, PRIIPS, EMIR, SFTR, prospectus rules and investor protection in general. You will act as an in-house counsel within the business areas Corporate & Institutional Banking and Markets focusing on financial instruments and investor protection rules. Your work will have a local Danish dimension as well as a Nordic and International context.
Furthermore you will deal with certain general matters of law, and in particular, banking and company law, assisting the relevant business areas in their various business activities including structured products, derivatives and capital markets issues. You will support existing team members in providing high quality legal advice.
