Dine opgaver vil være faste onsite-besøg hos vores kunder på Sjælland. P.t er det fast 2 dage om ugen, du er ude i marken. Din arbejdsopgaver er afvekslende og er alt fra 1. level brugersupport til at hjælpe kunderne med at vejlede dem, når de har IT-spørgsmål samt med fejlsøgning på deres systemer og hardware. De dage du ikke er ude hos kunder deltager du i vores Servicedesk.
