Provide administrative support for selected Partners/Principals in the local office, taking full responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule. Represent BCG to all internal and external contacts in a manner consistent with BCG’s value statement.
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support for selected Partners/Principals at a consistent and exceptional level including, but not limited to:
- Manage and maintain very complex and dynamic outlook calendars
- Coordinate point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.) with the travel agency
- Develop working relationships with external clients and their assistants to facilitate the information
