Student Assistant to the Education Out Loud team

Education Out Loud (EOL) is the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) fund for advocacy and social accountability. EOL provides support for civil society to become active and influential in shaping education policy to better meet the needs of communities, especially the most marginalized.

Your roles and responsibilities:

• Provide support to GMU colleagues in a wide variety of tasks related to admin, programme and communication.
• Provide technical support in maintaining various databases such as BOX, the EOL intranet and learning platform, including managing a comprehensive database of EOL projects.

QA Assistant, GS-5, QAC

This position is embedded in the Quality Assurance Centre (QAC), where teams have coreresponsibilities around quality assurance and quality control of supply processes and the productswe procure and deliver.

The incumbent will beresponsible for assisting the Quality Assurance Specialist (non-pharma) in the management of all aspects of Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) arrangements for non-pharma items from initial request tofinal invoice certification.

International Business Controller

The purpose of the position is to provide proactive financial controlling related to DRC’s projects, along with the necessary operational support to our country offices, such as informing and advising on financial risks.

The Department of Finance, Supply Chain and Risk (FRISC) consists of more than 70 colleagues divided into 4 divisions. You will be part of the Business Controlling Section, under the Operational Finance Division, that consists of 12 dedicated Business Controllers working together as partners to our DRC Operations in over 40 countries.

Turn Around Coordinator (TRC) / Operations Agent

Du vil i rollen som TRC få ansvar for at sikre rettidig og korrekt udarbejdelse af en række opgaver relateret til flyets ankomst og afgang.

Dette inkluderer sikkerhedsansvar, koordinering af diverse services på flyvendinger, broføring, kommunikation med interne- og eksterne parter, samt at tilsikre at dokumentation relateret til flyets vægt- og balance udfyldes korrekt.
