Scientific group leader within enzyme assisted carbon capture and -conversion - DTU Bioengineering

We are seeking a scientific group leader with extensive experience within industrial biocatalysis. This includes a documented record for work within discovery, design, engineering, characterization, and/or application of industrial enzymes.

We expect a level of experience which corresponds to several years of post doc work with significant independence within e.g. selection of methods, scientific writing, and prioritization of research questions.

In addition to being responsible for your own research activities, you will be engaged in the supervision of graduate students, organization of the laboratory and contacts to external collaborators.

PhD scholarship in Bioinformatics of the Glycosylation Machinery of Archaea - DTU Bioengineering

DTU Bioengineering seeks a qualified candidate for a fully funded 3-year PhD position within Bioinformatics Based Mapping of N-Glycosylation of Proteins in Archaea. The PhD project is part of a Marie Sklodowska-Curie doctoral training Program, GLYCO-N, funded by the EU (MSCA Doctoral Network).

The PhD project is thus part of a bigger interdisciplinary research effort that aims to 1) Understand the diversity and structural complexity of archaeal, microalgal and viral N-glycosylation and 2) Harness this knowledge for new solutions in biomedicine and biotechnology.

Din hovedopgave kommer til at bestå i at supporterer virksomhedens procesfolk i den aseptiske produktion. Du kommer til at håndtere de daglige udfordringer i vaccineproduktionen, evaluere data for miljømonitorering af proces og renrum og drive afvigelses- og ændringssager for produktionen.
