Legal Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law

To support this, we are looking for a legal counsel with a 'hands-on' experience in M&A and corporate law (or alternatively a legal counsel with solid experience within engineering, architecture, or construction, who wishes to make a transition into M&A).

The position offers the opportunity to obtain international experience by working on M&A and corporate law projects in many different countries and to be an integrated part of the whole M&A process following projects from the very initial identification stage all the way to the completion of integration process and post-acquisition follow-up.

Mechanical engineers - Energy, Cooling Systems, Heat Pumps or Industrial Ventilation

  • Disseminate professional knowledge in your field of technology to customers and colleagues in a transparent and easy-to-understand way
Electrical Engineer

COWI, Aarhus, Odense, Vejle or Lyngby

We are looking for electrical engineers to join our team, giving you the opportunity to co-create some of the most prestigious building- and infrastructure programmes in Denmark.

Your most important task on the team will be to carry out your own electrical projects, as well as participate in larger projects along with the electrical team. The digital development is high on our agenda and here you will have a role in the interplay between the subject and digitalisation.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for:

  • Client supervision, professional sparring and quality follow-up on projects
  • Independently plan and carry out design, follow-up, and supervision of installations during all phases of our projects.
