Materials Engineering Specialist

As a Materials Engineering Specialist in our End Fitting Supply (EFS) department, you will engage in a variety of tasks that allow you to leverage your expertise and skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing client and market requirements for metallurgy, polymers, and general materials, as well as their related industry processes.
• Reviewing project documentation and specifications to ensure compliance with mechanical and chemical property standards.

Risk Engineer

As a Risk Assessment Engineer your primary responsibility is to identify, evaluate, assess and mitigate risks associated with our products, processes, and systems improving NOV’s operation reliability and efficiency.

Senior Structural Engineer

Are you experienced in design and fabrication of welded steel structures and working with subcontractors? Do you want an engineering career in a global company?

Your main tasks will be:

• Prepare structural calculations and design reports on the steel component you are responsible for according to standards (DNV, NORSOK, ISO, API, etc.) and other customer specifications.
• Provide drawing input to the Structural Designer who will draw your component.

Senior Project Manager

You will be responsible for the successful execution of large-scale and often multidisciplinary international projects.

You will be entrusted with managing all project dimensions: schedules, budgets, risk, quality and communication. You’ll lead a dedicated core project team and collaborate across departments and disciplines, including engineering, planning, procurement, manufacturing, cost control, HSE and quality.

Project Coordinator

You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with technical and quality requirements.

You’ll also be the administrative and organizational backbone of our projects – helping set up meetings, preparing reports, tracking milestones, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

You will lead a team within our End Fitting Engineering Department, a hub of innovation and expertise working on multiple high-profile flexible pipe projects.

Your team will contribute across all project stages – from initial design through manufacturing support to final delivery – while engaging with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Electrical Engineer

You will mature new products and solutions through technology development, delivery projects, services, concept studies, and FEED studies.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure innovation and efficiency in our projects.

As a specialist you will focus on ensuring the efficiency and reliability of offshore flexible pipe system, augmented with direct electrical heating.

Business Process Specialist

You will be responsible for mapping, monitoring, and analyzing business processes across the organization. You will conduct training and drive competence development within the company’s business process management system (BPMS).

By collaborating with process owners, this role identifies and implements improvements, and supports both local and global initiatives to optimize overall performance.

HSE Advisor

You will maintain positive and proactive relations with key stakeholders and employees by assisting with the ongoing day-to-day provision of HSE support, training and reporting functions of the site.

You will work closely with shop floor operators to educate and train on all areas of risk and assist in the implementation and updating of the strategy to address identified key risk areas, communicating changes and process improvements by actively participating in formal and informal communication.
