The Head of Coaching is an exciting opportunity to centralise and strengthen the core pillars of the FCN playing philosophy in the Girls Academy over the next 3 years and hopefully beyond.
This role is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the style of play and training principles (customized to age-group) in the girls’ academy. The primary relationship owned is the relationships with Academy football coaches in the girls’ academy, while working collaboratively with Academy peers to ensure a rounded program.
The successful candidate will stay closely linked to the women’s first team. This role must ensure co-operation with other specialists required for the development of players to the highest level, whilst ensuring consistency and progression through Academy to adult football.

The FCN Head of Women’s Football position is an exciting opportunity to lead operational, technical and program elements which will shape the future of hundreds of talented young women over the next 5 years. Based in Farum, the role will lead all the technical, tactical, physical and psycho-social areas of performance within the FCN Women’s Model, reporting directly to the Football CEO.
Alongside the FCN Women’s Head Coach, U18s coach and other crucial team members, the Head of Women’s football will oversee the holistic growth of opportunities for young women from recruitment through to world-class playing and learning outcomes.
The role will work closely with the FCN Academy Manager in a period of development in our academy system, and the successful individual will make an important contribution to combining the girls and boys academies into one high-performance culture.
