The role is a crucial component in shaping our marketing activities and you will have an important role in enhancing standards for attribution, optimizing data flows, and marketing reporting. You will join an effective and agile Global Marketing Analytics team with the purpose to ensure effective marketing reporting and analytics that provides insights, actions and optimizations.

You will also act as Epic Owner across the digital customer journey taking the lead on relevant business epics. On top of this you will also take a part time role as Business Owner to guide one of the relevant ARTs to optimal business outcomes through prioritization of the ART backlog.

Strategy & Excellence Manager
Your responsibility will be to identify, co-develop and implement strategic initiatives, and commercial processes, best practices and tools to maximize commercial impact and ensure high customer satisfaction.
You will assess, review, define and inspire local practices with a focus on ensuring efficiency and leveraging market opportunities. You will support in providing actionable strategic and commercial recommendations - both for local and global management.
Director, Insights Navigator
You will maintain and update the journey maps, so they reflect newest insights available. You will be an advocate for the Outside-In perspective across the Demant, incl. Hearing Care, and maintain and expand the existing knowledge in the organization about the users and the customers.
One of the great things about working with our journey maps is the ability to visually narrate the entire customer experience, revealing insights, and guiding strategic decisions.
