You will maintain and update the journey maps, so they reflect newest insights available. You will be an advocate for the Outside-In perspective across the Demant, incl. Hearing Care, and maintain and expand the existing knowledge in the organization about the users and the customers.

One of the great things about working with our journey maps is the ability to visually narrate the entire customer experience, revealing insights, and guiding strategic decisions.
