Head of Commercial Excellence/Head of Sales Enablement

In this newly created position, you will have to help drive the development and execution of Sales Excellence/Sales Enablement in ABENA's subsidiaries.

You will lead and develop a team of 5-7 skilled and dedicated employees.

Key responsibilities :

• Define and implement the sales strategy
• Establish direction and framework for ABENA's future sales infrastructure
• Achieve Sales excellence to ensure growth in the individual markets.

Country Business Development Manager

In this newly created position, you will be responsible for driving business development, growth, and expansion within five or six of ABENA's subsidiaries, which are gathered in a cluster.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out market analyses to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the individual countries.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with the individual markets to expand ABENA's market presence and drive growth and earnings.

Sales Director

Med reference til CEO bliver du P/L ansvarlig for at sætte retningen for markederne DACH, Benelux og UK.

Du får en vigtig opgave i markedsudvikling af egne brands, og i samarbejde med dine Sales Director kollegaer i Group Sales, at agere hinandens distributører Worldwide. Her vil du skulle medvirke i videreudviklingen af Group Sales strukturen, som understøtter væksten af det samlede unikke produktprogram.

Du bliver en del af ledergruppen i det danske selskab, såvel som produktudvalget, hvor du bidrager til en udviklingsorienteret samarbejdsform på tværs af organisationen.
