HR Business Partner, Nordics

Accell Group is on a journey to completely redesign HR to develop a best in class highly efficient HR function capable of providing extraordinary service and support for the entire organization.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain strong partnership with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic objectives, business challenges and talent needs from an HR perspective
• Together with the Nordic HR team – streamline, harmonize and centralize the entire Nordic HR function to establish highly efficient HR processes and support

HR Generalist, Nordics

Accell Group in the four Nordic countries covers Sales, Service, Warehouse and Back office – a total of app. 200 employees and a multimillion Euros revenue.

The company is on a journey to completely redesign HR to develop a best in class highly efficient HR function capable of providing extraordinary service and support for the entire organization.

You have a background from operational HR with experience from a generalist role, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set to effectively manage diverse HR topics.

Do you have experience with recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, and do you have excellent interpersonal skills being able to communicate with people on all levels of the organisation?
