Som økonomi- og administrationschef bliver du en del af vores ledelsesteam bestående af i alt fem ledere, og i den daglige drift kommer du til at arbejde tæt sammen med direktøren, hvor du skal medvirke til at kvalificere økonomiske og administrative beslutninger.

This implies that you attach great importance to analyzing the market based on the specific recruitment task, after which you work actively to contact potential candidates and create relationships with them.

TA Consultant

You will be responsible for recruitment across all business areas. You will drive your own portfolio of hiring, help define requirements, build effective recruitment processes, and act as our managers highly qualified sparring partner throughout the process, while simultaneously ensuring a positive candidate experience.
