Landside Manager

You'll be responsible for planning, dispatching and exceptions handling activities cross Landside Operations.

You will ensure great customer experience/delivery, and ensure excellent execution of the production in APMT AAR regarding Landside Operations – primarily focused on Inland Service, Warehouse, Storage, Gates and Rail.

You'll be part of Operations Leadership and will provide overall leadership and management of all aspects of Landside operations including our great employees.

Demand Planner

Are you a planner at heart and driven by generating accurate forecasts ensuring we have the right products in the right quantity and at the right time?

Monitoring our forecasting efforts, you'll analyze historical data and market trends to predict future demand patterns, facilitating informed decision-making across our organization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll coordinate replenishment activities and drive continuous process improvements to optimize our supply chain efficiency.

Do you enjoy building solid and long-lasting relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure business growth? And are you a strategic thinker who appreciates aligning overall business goals with stakeholder management? 

As the Head of Customer Centricity at NORDEN, you will be in charge of building our internal approach towards selling our offerings to key accounts. You will be developing and anchoring a new and innovative sales approach across our functional teams and products of Logistics, Decarbonisation and Chartering, supporting NORDEN’s strategic priority.

I denne nyoprettede stilling vil du blive bindeled og koordinator mellem ROAD-operationen og IT/Projektafdelingen i forbindelse med drift, problemløsning, support, kendskab og udvikling af ASPECT4 i ALPI.

Overordnet vil du få ansvaret for den vedvarende optimering af processer i og anvendelse af ASPECT4 Transport, samt sikre vidensdeling til kollegaer i ALPI ROAD.
