Pending your experience and wishes, your tasks may include:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a large variety of international commercial contracts in a global company
- Advising on and establishing corporate structures as well as handling our current corporate group structure
- Supporting projects with legal assessments and support should legal issues arise
