Are you a master of organization with attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation? Join our dynamic and friendly organization, reporting to our Executive Assistant & Office Manager, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations.

Your main areas of responsibility:

  • Maintain office cleanliness, set up/clear catered meals, prepare meeting rooms, manage post/packages, and support colleagues.
  • Act as the receptionist, handle visitors, couriers, and calls.
  • Assist with purchasing office supplies and groceries and coordinate with landlords, IT support, and suppliers.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være direkte gæstekontakt i vores EventCentre og kundeservice pr. mail og telefon, koordinering af arbejdsplaner for timelønnede samt det primære ansvar for vores MødeCenter i København.

Du vil også komme til at arbejde med afvikling af BreakoutRooms (game master / vært) samt klargøring af mødelokaler.
