We currently operate 4 stores in central Copenhagen and are now looking for a dedicated and responsible Store Manager for our location in Valby.

About the Position

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the store. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, strong sales, excellent customer service, and effective team management.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Daily management and operation of the store

Staff responsibility (scheduling, training, and follow-up)

Ensuring high-level customer service and customer satisfaction

Handling parcel services (PostNord, DAO, GLS, UPS, DHL, Bring, etc.)

Working with delivery platforms such as Wolt and Just Eat

Managing and updating the store’s website

Creating offers, promotions, and discounts online

Managing the store’s social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Planning and posting content to increase visibility and sales

Ordering products, stock management, and restocking

Maintaining structure, cleanliness, and overview in the store

Optimizing daily operations and sales performance

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience in retail or service industry

Preferably has experience from a similar role or industry

Has leadership experience or is ready to take responsibility

Has experience with parcel handling and logistics services

Is familiar with Wolt, Just Eat, or similar platforms

Is structured, responsible, and able to work independently

Can lead and motivate a team

Has an interest in social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Has basic understanding of online sales and promotions

Is service-minded and customer-focused

Can handle a fast-paced work environment
