Your responsibilities as a Content Moderator:

Ensure user-generated content complies with platform policies

Apply content policies consistently and professionally
Handle inquiries via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project)
Identify opportunities to improve workflows
Follow internal procedures and quality standards
We expect:
Native speaking in on of the languages: Portuguese, Slovak, German, Dutch, Czech, French, Spanish, Polish (written and spoken)
Good English skills
Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
Technical understanding and basic IT knowledge
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with content moderation, social media, or customer service is a plus – but not a requirement
