Proficient Stakeholder Management and Leadership
As Product Owner, you will lead a squad, set strategic direction, and manage backlogs and roadmaps. You will deliver end-to-end solutions, working closely with stakeholders across the organization, and support compliance, risk, and business process owners in understanding the value of our solutions. You are responsible for cultivating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, transparency, and empowerment.

What qualifications are required
We seek someone with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, who values kindness and empathy, and can motivate and inspire their squad.
You should be experienced in stakeholder management at all levels, comfortable with decision-making, and able to connect business and IT.

Your skills;

  • Ability to set strategic direction and drive solution execution.

  • Process diverse information to create and adjust your vision.

  • High level of communication skills in English and Danish (preferred)

  • Experience in Agile setups and leading squad sessions.

  • Project and program management experience.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g. Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence).
