✨ About the Client:
Singapore Airlines is one of the world’s most prestigious airlines, offering passenger and cargo services across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and beyond. Known for excellence in service, SIA operates under premium brands such as Singapore Airlines and Scoot.
🧭 Your Role: As a B2B Customer Service Agent, you'll support business clients with flight reservations, ticketing issues, and other travel-related services. You’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment - handling inquiries efficiently while maintaining the highest service standards.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (B2B focus)
Manage bookings and provide information on airline services and policies
Use internal systems to support customer needs
✅ Requirements:
Fluent og high level of the German language
Good command of English (B2 level, used for training and tools)
Minimum high school diploma + min. 6 months of customer service experience
Ideally, previous experience in airlines, hospitality, travel, or booking services
Strong PC knowledge, multitasking skills, and typing accuracy
🕘 Working Conditions:
Monday to Friday schedule – no weekend shifts
On-site work only from our office in Piraeus, Athens
Onboarding 21 days (paid)
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary + performance bonus
€500 gross one-time bonus after successfully completing training
€500 gross monthly rent allowance for the first 6 months
